We are located at 15730 South Afton Blvd in the heart of Afton, Minnesota just 10 minutes east of Woodbury.
Directions from Woodbury:
Head East on 94 and exit on Manning/95 S. Head South for 3.8 miles and take a left on Afton Blvd/County Rd 18/40th St. Proceed for 4 miles and Memorial Lutheran Church will be on your left.
Directions from Hudson:
Head West on 94 and exit on St. Croix Trail/County Rd 18 South. Continue South for 4.4 miles and take right onto Afton Blvd. The church will be at the top of the hill on your right hand side.
