Senior High Ministry (Grades 9-12)
God has a variety of ways to use the various gifts that all of our senior high youth possess and with the help of all of the senior high youth, I'd love to spend time looking at how we use those gifts, and where God might be leading us with senior high ministry. I encourage all of you senior high youth who are members here, or any non-members who are looking for a place to come explore your faith and have a great time doing it, to really get active and see what God has in store for us.
Any ideas you have for our youth ministry or any concerns you have, bring them to me and let's talk about them. Memorial is a church where we love and support our youth, and I want this "program" to be a part of Memorial that you really feel is your own.
Senior High Activity:
Friday Night, Feb. 24, we will be meeting at church at 8 p.m. We will be going out and will be back at the church by midnight. Please let me know if you plan to attend as we need to have ample transportation.
Youth Gathering:
We finally have our hotel assignment. We will be staying at the Astore Crowne Plaza on the corner of Bourbon St. just a mile from the Superdome. More information will be coming soon.
